The Customer Accounts team
At beacon, we firmly believe in the personal touch - so as a customer your daily point of contact will be your personal Account Manager. Their role is to work closely with you and your team to ensure you get the most out of your beacon membership.
They'll work closely with our buying team and suppliers on your behalf to make sure you get the best prices on our range of products and services.
We're committed to providing our customers with all the on-going, high quality support you need.
The Purchasing team
Our Purchasing team build strong relationships and negotiate with suppliers on behalf of our members to provide best value solutions.
They ensure that beacon offer the right mix of suppliers to satisfy the requirements of beacon members and can also manage bespoke sourcing requirements. If you have any suggestions for a new beacon supplier, we’re always keen hear your thoughts.
The Purchasing team continually manage beacon suppliers to ensure that they are meeting a required set of customer service, pricing and operational standards.
The Marketing team
The Marketing team work closely with Customer Account Managers to provide members with a range of useful resources and information.
The team ensures that there is fresh news, hints and tips to be found at our websites. They produce a range of literature, such as the annual beacon directory of suppliers, and welcome information for new members.
They also send regular email updates from the beacon green hotel, keeping members informed about new products, services and ‘green’ information.
The Marketing team organise the annual beacon exhibition. Every beacon member is invited to attend to meet key beacon suppliers, and find out about exciting new developments for the year ahead.
